Christophe Buisson
Destined to become a mason like all the men in his family, Christophe Buisson is a pure product of professional retraining! Christophe is what we call a wine merchant and grower in Burgundy. After purchasing grapes and musts selected according to his values, he devotes himself fully to the production and aging of his wines.
His belief is that the quality of the raw materials is essential and that it’s necessary to limit activity in the cellar. He doesn’t rush the wines with mechanical manipulations or pumping. A proud representative of the very little-known Saint-Romain appellation, he also offers wines from the Auxey-Duresses, Savigny-les-Beaune appellations, and a Premier Cru from Chambolle Musigny.
