Our Vermentino blends with our young Roussanne, bringing together the expression of our Combettes and La Ciaude limestones. With a limpid robe that tends towards green gold, the wine is both tense and round with saline and smoky tones, flint, fennel, chamomile, hawthorn and white fruits. Harvested at full maturity around mid-September, its controlled alcohol and excellent acidity make it sapid and easily digestible. A nice choice of grape variety for Cazelles…A pure elegant wine
