Sustainable farming without cancerogenic products, grass-covered vineyards with soil tillage.
Vineyard surface: 0.8242 ha – Average vine age: 90 years – Yield: 55 hL/ha – Production volume: ~6000 bottles
Alcoholic fermentations carried out with indigenous yeasts (natural yeasts from the grapes).
Aged on fine lees - 21 months– in temperature-controlled tank.
Alcohol content: 15.5% vol.
