Limestone soil with a bit of silt, the plots are located around Premeaux-Prissey.
Vine age: 20 years
Sustainable and reasonable farming, HVE3 certified.
The grapes are hand-harvested, then sorted and placed whole in the press. They are then placed in tank for 24 to 48 hours for natural settling before being transferred to barrels for alcoholic fermentation.
The wine is aged for 10 months, not fined but lightly filtered. No new oak.
