Saint-Romain Christophe Buisson
Situation Côte de Beaune - Saint-Romain
Grape variety Pinot noir
The Saint-Romain comes from a terroir located at the entrance of the village of Saint-Romain, just below the ruins of a medieval castle (dismantled after the Revolution) overlooking the village from a rocky promontory.
The vines are about thirty years old.
The wine is aged in oak barrels.
