Bourgogne Domaine Maurice Lapalus & Fils
Situation - Bourgogne
Grape variety Pinot noir
CULTURAL PRACTICES:
Certified HVE (High Environmental Value) since 2015. This HVE label is recognition of our work, where environmental respect has long been at the heart of our expertise. We strive to produce better while respecting natural balances.
TERROIR:
Our Pinot Noir is planted on very stony clay-limestone soils in early-ripening sectors. Harvesting generally starts with the Bourgogne appellations.
VINIFICATION:
After sorting and destemming, the grapes will macerate and ferment for about 15 days. Temperatures are well controlled, and after extracting tannins and coloring matter, the wines will be aged in barrels and stainless steel tanks.
