TERROIR:
Our Mâcon Milly Lamartine is produced on clay-limestone soils. It is the ideal terrain for the best expression of Chardonnay.
VINIFICATION:
Harvested from 5 hectares, our Mâcon Milly Lamartine benefits from careful vinification. The grapes are whole when they enter our pneumatic press. Temperatures are carefully controlled throughout the vinification process. The ageing on fine lees takes place in tanks. The wine is bottled in the spring. Our goal is to obtain light, floral, and highly aromatic wines in the mouth. This Mâcon Milly Lamartine is an easy-drinking wine that will provide immediate pleasure.
