Terroir: Premier Cru plot exposed full East on marl-limestone soils and marl. Very old vines, located in Pouilly, in the noble terroir of Fuissé, producing very small, millerandé grapes.

Manual harvest, whole cluster pressing. Vinification and ageing in 5-year-old demi-muids for a period of 12 months, then 6 months in stainless steel tanks.
