“Les Combettes, Rossins, Vignes des Champs, Les Tâches, Travers, Vers Chânes, etc…”. The soils are composed of different types of marls and limestones. A selection of “Fuisséen” terroirs, with exposures North, South, East, and West.
Whole cluster pressing. Vinification and ageing of 5 to 10-year-old vines for 12 months, then 6 months in stainless steel tanks.
