Winemaking : Semi-carbonic fermentation lasting 6 to 8 days to keep silky tannins and fruit

Retention : 5 to 7 years to keep the character and the finesse of this wine

Character : With a ruby color and a complex nose mixing ripe cherry. The mouth offers a very nice freshness and roundness on a frame of fine tannins.
