QUANTITY: 1000 bottles
ORIGIN: Juliénas produces one of the ten most renowned crus of Beaujolais. The vine has been cultivated here since the time of Julius Caesar. Facing south, southeast, the vineyard benefits from a very favorable exposure. The appellation area is 600 hectares.
VINIFICATION: The harvest is done manually. The semi-carbonic maceration of Beaujolais is performed with whole bunches. The harvest comes from a section of the best terroirs of Juliénas. Pressing occurs after a 12-day maceration. The malolactic fermentation as well as the ageing take place in selected barrels (215-liter barrels) for 18 months.
