Exposure/Soil: Our Bourgogne Chardonnay comes from two plots: one in the commune of Santenay, and the other in the village of Chassagne-Montrachet, in the plains. The soils are marl-limestone, deep and slightly stony.
Vinification/Ageing: Direct pneumatic pressing, ageing 50% in 500-liter barrels (no new barrels), 50% in stainless steel tanks.
Production: 6,925 bottles.
