Average Age of Vines: 35 years
Exposure/Soil: Slope bearing the Grand Crus, ending at the mouth of the Combe de Saint-Aubin. A second slope, long and regular, known as "La Grande Montagne", well exposed to the southeast, extends the eastern slope of the Combe and carries most of the vineyards classified as Premier Cru, among which the most famous climats are "Dents de Chien" and "En Remilly", the latter still ranking as an excellent Premier Cru.
Vinification/Ageing: Direct pneumatic pressing, ageing for 12 months in 500-liter barrels (50% new barrels), then in stainless steel tanks for 6 months.
Production: 1,300 bottles.
