Exposure/Soil: At the exit of the Saint-Aubin Combe, the slope of the Premier Crus faces full East, on a soil of red earth, composed of clay with few stones, and produces the most precise and elegant wines of the commune on the climats “Les Vergers,” “Les Chenevottes,” and “Les Chaumées.”
Vinification/Ageing: Direct pneumatic pressing, ageing for 12 months in 500-liter barrels (30% new barrels), followed by mass ageing in stainless steel tanks for 6 months.
Production: 3,650 bottles.
