Exposure/Soil: The vines of the Premier Crus, with marl-limestone soils, are located on the Meursault side, along three-quarters of the length of the village. "Les Demoiselles" climate is located in the natural extension of the Montrachet and Chevalier-Montrachet vineyards.
Vinification/Ageing: Direct pneumatic pressing, ageing for 12 months in 500-liter barrels (50% new barrels), then in stainless steel tanks for 6 months.
Production: 1,300 bottles.
