SOIL TYPE: This wine, sourced from plots located in and around the village of Meursault, is produced from clayey and gravelly soils.
PLANTING YEAR(S): The vines are of very different ages, ranging from 35 years to over 80 years.
HARVESTING METHOD:
The grapes are hand-harvested.
VINIFICATION:
Aged on lees, in tanks to preserve all the fruit, and bottled between 12 and 14 months.
