Our Bourgogne Pinot Noir cuvée is a blend of two parcels located in the communes of Uchizy and Lugny.
These are two old vineyards planted in 1970 and 1975. We have chosen to control yields to best express the essence that the Pinot Noir grape can offer. Age of the vines: 50 years.

Altitude: 250m

Aging: 10 months in oak barrels
