Our Mâcon-Uchizy La Martine cuvée is the result of a parcel selection from the ‘A la Martine’ vineyard in the commune of Uchizy. These vines are planted on a slightly shallow, clay-limestone soil with a limestone dominance and a slope of 18%. This terroir represents what we believe is the best in the commune of Uchizy. It showcases the very essence of the Chardonnay grape.
