Our Mâcon-Lugny Les Charmes cuvée is a parcel selection from the place-name ‘Les Charmes’ located at 250m altitude in the commune of Lugny. The vines are the oldest in our vineyard, nearly 80 years old. With very low yields, they reach optimal maturity each year. Vine age: planted in 1945.

Aging: 9 months in oak barrels and 1 month in tanks
Natural fermentation
Clarification with bentonite clay and light filtration
Work under inert gas with nitrogen, by gravity, and in accordance with lunar cycles.
