Our Mâcon-Lugny Les Genièvres cuvée comes from a parcel selection of the place-name ‘Les Genièvres,’ located on one of the best-exposed plateaus in the commune of Lugny, at 200-250m altitude, on clay-limestone soils.

Aging: 9 months in oak barrels and 1 month in tank

Clarification with bentonite clay and light filtration
Work under inert gas with nitrogen, by gravity, and in accordance with lunar cycles.
