Our Mâcon-Villages cuvée is an assembly of several parcels located in the commune of Farges-lès-Mâcon. The average age of the vines is 30-40 years. The soils are primarily clay-limestone and clay-silt with a dominant silt component.

Exposure: East, southeast
Altitude: 200 to 280m
Grape variety: Chardonnay
Aging: 5 months in barrels and 5 months in tank
Natural fermentation
Clarification with bentonite clay and light filtration
Work under inert gas with nitrogen, by gravity, and in accordance with lunar cycles.

Alcohol content: 13.5%
